英国寄宿学校面试要求及问题

Introduction and welcome 面试介绍及欢迎：

    Time of arrival   - be ten minutes early at the Reception desk
到达时间：请提前10分钟到达学校面试接待地点。

    Dress    - wear smart clothes and have polished shoes
着装：穿着正式，整洁，鞋子要擦亮。

    Handshake   - extend your hand and shake the teacher’s hand firmly, not limply, as you say ‘Good Morning’ / ‘Good Afternoon’ ‘I’m very pleased to meet you’.
握手：跟老师握手时需有一定力度以表示尊重，不要软绵绵地，然后主动说“早上好/下午好/很高兴见到您！”等礼貌用语。

    Seating   - do not sit down until asked to do so.
入座：    建议在没有被邀请坐下之前请不要坐下。

    Eye Contact - try to look regularly into the eyes of the teacher, without staring for long period.
眼神交流：在谈话期间要与老师有眼神上的交流，但不要一直盯着老师。

Interview Questions 面试问题：

    Tell me about your education so far and what you have gained from it?
请谈谈你迄今为止你的教育背景，以及你从中收获到了什么？

    Why have you decided to apply to this school ?
    Which others have you applied to? Why?
请谈谈你为什么申请我们学校？还申请过其他学校吗？为什么？

    Would you describe yourself as being ‘active in sport’? Explain why.
你觉得自己在体育活动方面很积极吗？为什么？

    What influenced your choice of A-level subjects?
（THIS IS ASKING THEM IF THEY HAVE FAVOURITE SUBJECTS OR IF THEY ARE PLANNING THEIR CAREER OR IF THEY CHOOOSE THEIR STRONGEST SUBJECTS OR IF THEY CHOOSE WEAKER AREAS THEY WANT TO IMPROVE IN.）
请谈谈你选择A-level科目的想法，例如：你选择的科目是否是自己喜欢的科目，是否和将来自己的职业规划有关系，是否因为是自己的强项而选，或者是否因为是自己的薄弱的科目而选以便提高？

    Why didn’t you get A* in Chemistry and Biology?

    What would you like to study at University?

    Tell me about your main interest outside school.

    How many years have you studied English? What is your current level?
